Map Room is located at 1949 N Hoyne Avenue (SE corner of Armitage and Hoyne) in Chicago.
Public
Transportation
We encourage you to take public transportation when visiting us. We're
only a short walk from the Western station on the CTA
Blue Line (24-hour service). From the station, go north on Western Avenue
and turn right on Armitage Avenue. The bar is 3 blocks down on your right.
You can also take Metra Union
Pacific North and Northwest trains, exiting at Clybourn Junction and walking
about 3/4 of a mile west on Armitage. The CTA 73 Armitage bus stops at
Hoyne and other bus lines stop nearby. Taxicabs are readily available
on Armitage Avenue.

Public Transportation Instructions
CTA Blue Line (operates 24 hours): Walk north out of the station
on N Western Ave towards W Armitage Ave (past McDonald's on N Milwaukee
Ave). Turn right at Armitage and continue east until you hit N Hoyne Ave.
The bar is across the street on the southeast corner of Amitage and Hoyne.
Elapsed time, 9-10 minutes.
CTA
73 Armitage bus (note service unavailable late evenings, earlier on
weekends): From either direction, exit at N Hoyne Ave.
CTA 50 Damen bus (service unavailable from about 11 pm nightly):
From either direction, exit at W Armitage Ave and walk west 1 block to
N Hoyne Ave.
CTA 56 Milwaukee bus (service unavailable late night): From either
direction exit at N Milwaukee and W Armitage and walk east about 10 minutes
to the corner of Amritage and Hoyne.
CTA 49 Western bus (service available 24 hours): From either direction
exit at N Western Ave and W Armitage and walk east about 10 minutes to
the corner of Armitage and Hoyne.
Metrarail: Union
Pacific North or Union
Pacific Northwest lines (make sure to check schedules at metrarail.com
for last trains): From either direction, exit at Clybourn station. By
foot: walk north to Armitage Ave and then west on Armitage about 3/4 mile,
past Damen Ave. The bar is at the next corner, at Armitage and Hoyne.
Elapsed time, about 15 minutes. By bus: walk south of the station to Cortland
St and catch CTA 73 Armitage bus west (towards Laramie). Exit the bus
at Hoyne Ave.
Driving
Directions
If you must drive, always plan on having a designated driver. Note that
we are located in a residential area and parking can be very limited.
This is especially true on weekend evenings.
Take the Kennedy Expressway (I-90/94) to Exit 48A (Armitage Avenue). At the end of the ramp turn right (if traveling from the north) or left (from the south) onto Armitage and procede approximately a half-mile. Map Room is located one block past Damen Avenue on your left.
